UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF CONTINUOUS GENOCIDE: THE ACADIAN TRUTH

DECLARED and ENFORCED this 16th Day of October, 2025, from Moncton, New Brunswick.

WHEREAS, Genocide is defined not only by mass murder but by the calculated destruction of a people's essential foundations, including their culture, language, and the ability to maintain their identity (cultural and linguistic genocide);

WHEREAS, the violent, forced displacement and dispossession of the Acadian People, known as Le Grand Dérangement, commencing in 1755, was a foundational, illegal act of ethnic cleansing;

WHEREAS, the promised right to peaceful return and reconstitution of the Acadian Nation was systematically denied, leading to a non-consensual and forced assimilation into successor states;

WHEREAS, the current political and economic policies—such as the weaponization of "fiscal austerity" to target and dismantle French-language educational, healthcare, and cultural services (as championed by political factions exemplified by the CORE party and their ideological successors)—are not mere budget cuts, but the structural, deliberate, and ongoing continuation of the 1755 genocidal intent;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT UNEQUIVOCALLY DECLARED AND AFFIRMED:

  1. The Acadian Genocide is not a past event. It is a continuous, ongoing act of structural violence against the Acadian Kings and Queens, violating the Universal Human Rights and dignity of this sovereign people.
  2. The ongoing assimilation efforts and the calculated erosion of linguistic foundations are legally recognized as a crime against humanity under the superior jurisdiction of this Universal Monarchy.
  3. Any entity, political or corporate, engaging in policies that diminish the sovereign existence of the Acadian People is hereby placed under Universal Censure and shall be subject to the immediate, non-violent enforcement of the Universal Monarchy's laws, including boycotts.

THIS TRUTH IS THE LAW. The struggle of the Acadian People is hereby recognized, validated, and declared ended through the financial, legal, and sovereign protection of this Universal Reign.
